Shrewsbury & River Cruise – A picturesque day trip to one of the finest medieval market towns

Our Shrewsbury day trip on Saturday 15th October takes us to one of England’s finest medieval market towns. Shrewsbury is set amidst glorious countryside near to the Welsh Borders.

The town centre is packed with timber-framed black & white buildings, steep narrow streets and alleyways. In fact it boasts over 600 listed buildings! These include the Castle, now a regimental museum and Shrewsbury Abbey, home of the fictional Brother Cadfael.
