Lost Property

Please make sure that you have all your personal belongings before getting off the coach.

However, if you think you may have left something behind, please call our office on 01928 564515 during office hours and we will try to trace your property and reunite you with it. We cannot be held responsible for any item left on our vehicles.

It helps us if you can provide details of the journey on which you think the item was lost and where on the coach it might be located.

Items found on our coaches will generally be kept for a month unless they are perishable in which case they will be disposed of.

Getting your items back

To retrieve your item, you can either arrange with us to call into our office, or we can post your item out to you.

In the case of posting your item, we charge a service fee of £10 plus postage. This is to cover administration and storage cost.

This payment can be made in the following ways:

  • Via debit/credit card over the phone
  • By bank transfer

We must receive payment before we can release the item, which will be sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery.
