The role:

As an airport driver you will be the face of Selwyns for some of our most high-profile international airline clients. As such this role requires high levels of customer service, exceptional driving standards and full adherence to both road traffic and driver hours regulations.

You will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting flight crews between Manchester airport, both airside and landside, and their hotels around the city.

As the only operator approved to transfer flight crew airside directly to and from their aircraft, our drivers need to be of the highest standard to be able to obtain security passes and to be permitted to drive inside the airport grounds across live taxiways.

The role of an airport driver at Selwyns also requires flexibility with working patterns and rotas as our customers flight times operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

You must be able to supply a five year working history including contact details for previous employers. Any gaps in employment must be accounted for. Periods of self employment must be confirmed by an accountant.
