As part of our continued expansion, we have vacancies for National Express Coach Drivers based at our new outstation which is situated at Milton Keynes Coach Station.
We are already a well-established National Express operator in the North West so this is an exciting new venture for us working alongside National Express, and is a fantastic opportunity for drivers to work for a well-established family run coach company.
Selwyns Travel is a leading bus and coach operator located in the Northwest, Yorkshire and Milton Keynes with an enviable reputation for providing, quality, reliability and value for money based on over 55 years’ experience.
We are offering a highly competitive package, paying £17.02 per hour (£18.77 night rate between 23:00-05:00), Monday to Friday. At weekends the day rate is £18.27 per hour (£20.02 per hour night rate between 23:00-05:00) for weekend working.
In order to be considered for the National Express coach driver role, candidates must meet the following essential criteria:
- A full, UK PCV (Category D) Licence
- Demonstrable experience as a Coach Driver
- A valid Digital Tachograph card (not essential at application stage, but must have one prior to start on duty)
- A Driver Certificate of professional Competence (CPC)
- A maximum of 6 penalty points
- No unspent criminal convictions
Coach Driver Benefits:
